For me the thrill comes from helping people close on homes they love and have trust in me to pull off what sometimes seems impossible.” A devoted and creative adventurer, Bradford is a third-generation real estate professional with a true passion for real estate. Born on a ranch east of Dallas, Bradford’s grandparents are his inspiration, teaching him hard work and the value of a dollar at a young age. Playing sports including basketball in college taught him the value of teamwork and discipline. Bradford is leading the way in reimagining the real estate experience, through brand storytelling and digital platforms which help him stay ahead of the market. His listing campaigns help his clients achieve the exposure needed to showcase their homes and estates, in today’s world where sales can occur over a single social media post. Over the course of 1.5 years, we went back and forth on whether to sell, rent and/or move. Bradford answered every call, question, and acted as a resource to help us consider all possibilities. When we finally decided we were ready, and we were targeting one of the most sought-after neighborhoods for turn-key homes, he was available within minutes notice, engaged with known realtors in the area and helped us find our new home. He treats you like a luxury client, he helped stage our home and it sold in one day. He simply treats you like you want to be treated. We always felt like a priority. When we closed on our new home, our son who joined us at most showings, said he was sad he wasn't going to see Mr. Bradford as much anymore.

Great advisor

We listed at a bad time and had issues with delays by our HOA in resolving questions about a potential special assessment. Nick counseled us on ways to improve our sales chances and worked closely with us to update the property. He also suggested ways to keep the listing fresh on the MLS and to told us to stay patient until we got a fair price. Earned every penny of his commission on our deal.
