•My wife and I met Danilo when we first bought our property a few years ago. Danilo represented the seller of the property. He was very professional and approachable. He followed up with us after we bought the house, something that the realtor representing us did not. To be honest I don't even remember the realtor who represented us. We kept seeing Danilo in our neighborhood because he sold several properties in our area and always made sure to say hello to us. We kept a magnet with his contact information on our refrigerator (not in the front where we keep our family photos, but nevertheless in the fridge). Nevertheless, I was offered a job out of state and the first person that came to mind to represent us as sellers this time was Danilo. We contacted him and he responded to us in a timely manner. He explained the process of selling the house, his commission, and my wife and I were both OK with the terms. He always met with the two of us either by phone conference or zoom meeting. We were also delighted to meet and work with Ana Sarai, who assisted us in the process of selling the house when Danilo was not available. She is very professional as well. His plan worked and we ended having multiple offers on the house after a successful set of open houses. Danilo surprised us with a parting gift, which is a very nice gesture and something we will never forget. Unfortunately, we no longer live in Miami, but if I had to recommend anyone to a friend or a family member, it would Danilo. Thank You Danilo!
We were in the process of moving out of state when We contacted Danilo to sell the house. When we first met Danilo, he was the selling agent when We purchased the house a few years prior, he was so professional that he left a big impression on us, that’s why we decided to hire him this time around. It was a stress free experience, my house sold in a week, with various offers on the table thanks to His strategy. He understood the area where the house was located and our needs, He was always available for any questions, and he always keep us informed on every step of the process, His team is very professional and at the same time polite and friendly. We had a great experience with Danilo Cardona and The Cardona group and I recommend them time and time again with my friends, families and coworkers, they earn my trust and I’m sure they will earn yours with their knowledge and professionalism.
