•Chris Vinci worked with us as we relocated from Tampa, FL to the Denver area. We were looking for horse property, and Chris showed us well-qualified properties. We thought we’d want to live in the mountains, and contacted Chris through a referral from a friend who bought through Chris in Evergreen. After nearly buying in Evergreen, we found that the right location for us is down on the high plains, in horse country – Douglas County. Chris exhibited good knowledge of the entire region surrounding Denver, and got us into a great horse property in Douglas County, with an excellent school system for our daughter and an easy drive to the airport. All family members’ top priorities satisfied!

He was very patient to see us through two full rounds of searching. We had to navigate breaking our first contract for sale due to hidden inspection issues. The home inspector that Chris lined up was very thorough and honest – also to Chris’s credit. After months of searching and going most of the way through the contract process, we started over with Chris and found our current home. Chris was a professional and patient guide through all of this.

Kim
