Life changing experience!
Maria is truly a passionate and heart filled professional. What was a very long tideous and emotional Rollercoaster process, she never gave up or lost her uplifiting spirit, even when I felt it would be impossible to accomplish our dream of having a home. Working at all hours, available 24/7 always informative, pleasant, and helpful. I felt secure and in good hands every step of the way. Maria was a true blessing for my family and I will never forget her. I pray God always fills her life and family with many blessings 🙏 ❤. Thank you for making what was a only a far away dream a reality. Maria you are the best!

"My name is Carmen Oquendo We recently purchased my first home, and really don't think it would have been possible with Maria. Let me start off by saying, I was one of those people that thought my credit was bad and there was no possible way I could get a house. Maria made me feel at ease about checking my credit, and I'm glad she did. My credit is not perfect but she worked with what I had and made it happen. She was great at explaing every step we were taking, if I didn't understand something she would explain it till I did understand. She has a lot of patience and she listens to your needs. "I had a fantastic experience working with Maria. She made sure to explain everything to me, a first time house buyer. She was always responsive to my communications. When a hiccup occurred on closing day, entirely my mistake, she sat there and helped me work through it so we could complete the closing on closing day. I highly recommend Maria!"

It was very stressful looking for a house but Maria Silva was always there remind us that is not easy but we have to keep looking and stay focus. We wanted to back up many times but with her persistence and attention to us on showing houses we decided to keep looking. Maria is always the most knowledgeable person in the room.
If this was based on my timeline and plan, I wouldn't be giving Maria an EXCELLENT review today. Within the first hour of our discussion she gave me the confidence to go through a pre-approval process. Her knowledge and ability to walk me through every process of purchasing a home is the reason my family owns a home in Florida. Have you heard stories of how a friend lost a home by one thing going wrong or getting a bad deal? Such as; navigating the lender process, a bias appraisal that undervalued the property by $75k, not able to get insurance due to hurricane season and seller attempting to take items clearly listed in the contract as part of the purchase. All the above is my story and without Maria I would've been one of your friends who lost their dream home. Her ability to navigate you through the mortgage process, negotiating with the seller agent, appraiser, inspecter and the title company. Will be the reason you purchase your dream home.
