•Julia was very thorough in explaining the first time homebuyer process to us before we had even moved to the area from out-of-state. She was very communicative and patient with answering all our questions (and we had a lot!) throughout the whole process. We purchased a new construction home, and Julia was a fierce advocate for us during the inspection and walk-through. We closed on our new home yesterday and are so happy to have moved in.
