•Buying a house without actually living near by was quite stressful, but because Liliya was so quick to investigate and answer all our queries, we were very quickly put at ease and now feel 100% confident about our investment. Our home is a new build, Liliya took it upon her self to make daily visits and make sure all things were on schedule and top notch. My husband and I are WA state residents making the huge move to FL, Liliya has been nothing but wonderful and stress-free. She is knowledgeable and a strong negotiator. I'd say, she knows what she's doing.. She's assisted us in every way possible in this transaction and post transaction. We are so grateful to have been blessed with such an amazing realtor. I highly recommend! 10/10.
