Deb was amazing representing us as buyers! From the very start and throughout the whole process, she was responsive by both text message and phone call. She got us showings just a couple of days after we first contacted her. She was very keen on knowing the ins and outs of houses. She spotted an out-of-date electrical panel and noticed that some of the outlets needed to be converted to GFIs. She also brought to our attention at the final walk through that the owner of the house might try to leave stuff behind. She is very well-connected in the community and was able to reach out to the owner’s agent for favors. She had the owner’s agent stay on top of the owner to make sure the belongings would be removed 3 hours prior to closing, and she even had a plan already in place to provide us with the funds necessary to hire help to remove the owner’s belongings if it came down to that. I highly recommend using Deb because she was able to avoid problematic situations that she has dealt with in the past. That’s why it’s important to use an experienced realtor like Deb.
