She guided me through inspection, handled communication with my HOA and property management, and made sure all repairs were completed quickly. I only ended up giving a small concession, which I was perfectly happy with. The last hurdle was the FHA appraisal requiring a handrail. Kate jumped on it immediately. Timing was tight because it was right before Thanksgiving, so I ordered the handrail myself and drove back to Ohio to install it so we could close on schedule. She was ready to take care of it the following week if needed, but fully supported me wanting to close on time. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the level of service Kate provided.
