From our initial meeting where Melissa expressed that she has always wanted to live in the house to her willingness to work with a triumvirate of sisters living out of town, to weathering the difficulties of the summer uptick in interest rates, Melissa was always attentive and responsive. This was a unique property to sell and Scott had several people to include in the decision making process. As a church, we needed to inform others and wait for a consensus. Scott listened patiently to our concerns, opinions and questions. I am personally very grateful for his experience, his knowledge and the patient professionalism he displayed every time we met with him in person. Melissa Mariola-Davis was our realtor, not Scott. Melissa was outstanding to work with. She helped us negotiate some fairly unique situations with rural property, and gave us great advice about getting our place ready to sell. Apparently it was good advice because once our place went on the market we had a great offer in just a few days! Melissa is very honest, very quick to respond to calls and texts, and extremely knowledgeable. She is an absolute pro. Melissa was also able to give us good recommendations for local contractors so we could budget for needed upgrades to the new farmhouse.
