Condo
•As executor of an estate, I was overwhelmed with what had to be done to get my neighbor's condo ready to sell. Kathy Forchione came in, looked around, and told me not to worry...within two weeks it would be cleaned out, staged and ready to list. I did not believe it was possible. She had contacts with all the resources that I needed. She not only made suggestions for what i needed to do, but she pitched in and helped get things done. I can't begin to list the many ways she went above and beyond. When it was ready, she staged the condo with many of her own things, making several trips back and forth to the property. She was knowledgeable, studied the multiple offers so she could advise me, and made suggestions for writing the contract to ensure that it would go through and benefit me, the seller. She was with me every step of the way. I recommend Kathy to anyone who is looking for a resourceful, supportive, and knowledgeable agent. You won't find anyone better.
