Putting your home up for sale at a time when most buyers are not looking can be stressful. After school starts, holidays or winter months. Dorinda worked to ensure our home was marketed by staging, having several open houses and internet exposure. Dorinda worked with the buyers realtor and ensured the sale and closing of our home was completed within our time frame. Thank you Dorinda and Cutler Realty!!

I can't say enough good things about Amy Novak. Amy is very knowledgable when it comes to her market knowledge of the area of my childhood home. She came up with a price that I was very happy with and ultimately led to an extremely quick offer for the property. She made the process easy to understand, even with this being the first time I had sold a property. She made me feel like I was her priority throughout the entire process. Any questions that I had, she was able to answer very thoroughly and the same day. I would definitely use her again with any property moving forward. I am very thankful that Amy was there for our family to during the entire process.

Cheryl was very easy to work with. She explained everything as the listing moved forward. Spent the appropriate amount of time in showing the property. Sold it for more than I had expected it to sell for. I would use her again, if needed in the future.

I was looking for a certain home with a difficult set of parameters. I went with Cutler on reviews I had seen, and a friend's advice. We chose Dan as our agent and we're not disappointed. Dan met with us and after hearing of what we wanted, he didn't sugar coat it.... what we were looking for was going to be difficult in our area, and budget. But he got at it immediately and had houses for viewing in a few short days. While nothing was really what we wanted, he suggested looking a little farther out from our target area and still not quite there. Dan kept looking, and several weeks and several different listing's we found one we liked. We asked about a possible bid and he said it sounded good. We bid, got out bid. Dan didn't stop we went back out and tried again. We found one, we bid, we got accepted. The home had some unforseen major electrical issue that needed attention. We consulted with Dan, and eventually asked that the repair estimate was subtracted from closing costs and buyer agreed. I would recommend Dan again, and again. And should I need to buy a property in the future, I'll definitely use Dan. He's a solid guy, and won't steer you into something you don't really like. Give him a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Greg was an amazing realtor to work with! He was very patient in finding the perfect first home for my husband and I. Greg was attentive to any house we wanted to look at and was always watching the market for houses that fit our needs. Additionally, he was very thorough in pointing out important things to look for and honest when something was not right. I would highly recommend Greg for anyone looking for a new house to call a home!

Working with Greg Pepper as our realtor was a great experience. Not only did he have our backs, he also had the best interest in the buyer. He went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor and made selling our house a breeze.
