Katie Kallmerten of Cutler Real Estate is highly dedicated to getting the best results in sale of your home. She draws on the expertise available to Cutler to optimize the presentation of the house and maintains a high level of communication with the client. She is careful make sure the asking price is consistent with similar homes for sale in the neighborhood and does not to over estimate the price of the house. I gladly recommend Katie.

Kirsten was amazing! She went above and beyond the norm to help us get our house staged and on the market while we were out of state. She was very responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. She made everything smooth and easy, especially in navigating our HOA. We would have never been able to get through it without her. We recommend anyone looking for a realtor to use her.
