We had a wonderful experience working with Dave! He was incredibly patient as we went back and forth exploring both listed homes and the option of building new. Dave was always kind, helpful, and very accommodating of our busy schedules, making the entire process feel stress-free. He provided excellent guidance on how to get our home ready to list—and it paid off! Our house sold in just three days. Dave made the listing process simple and seamless, walking us through every step with confidence and clarity. Once we decided on a new build, Dave continued to be by our side—working directly with the builder, handling the back-and-forth negotiations, and ensuring everything stayed on track. His professionalism and dedication gave us complete peace of mind from start to finish. We’re so grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or build!

This is now our second time working with Tricia. She is wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She has such a strong read on the market. She priced our house perfectly, and we ended up selling for more than we would have ever expected. She also has helped us tremendously throughout the buying process, helping us to understand our options and find a home that best fits our needs. You won’t find a better option than Tricia!

Tricia is incredible at her job. She is always amazing to work with. She is responsive, caring, provides helpful guidance, and most importantly she helped us sell our house in a weekend. Tricia also helped us find our new home and has been present in every conversation as we go through the building process. It has been so nice to have her as a trusted resource during this time. I would recommend her to anyone and we are so thankful we chose her as our realtor.

My wife and I used Christa in 2019 to sell our house in Hilliard and to represent us in buying land and building a house in Union County. Christa sold the Hilliard house within 5 days with minimum hassle. When my parents passed last spring, my sister and I contacted Christa to sell their condo in Marysville. Again the house had a contract within a week of going on the market and sold at asking price. Her knowledge in staging and marketing made both sales extremely easy. In addition, the contract negotiation for the condo took place while she was on family vacation but she took the time to take care of us despite the fact she was on vacation. We appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her.

Jane has been a dream to work with! She’s been along side us on a 6yr real estate journey and negotiated some challenging prosperities on our behalf. Jane recently helped us find our dream home and we couldn’t be happier. We appreciate all the support to get to where we are. Thank you, Jane!

I called Jane when day a dump truck drove into my house. She helped us find an amazing rental while the house was repaired. She helped us fix up the property and get it on the market. For any issue we had, she knew someone to call. During a very stressful time in our lives, Jane was always quick to respond to our many questions. Over 18 months she found us a rental, helped us sell our house, and got us into our new home. We plan to recommend Jane to anyone we know that needs a realtor.
