•Sam was very knowledgeable about how things work when trying to buy in a seller's market. Realistic valuation of the properties, how much to offer, escalation clauses, and inspection contingencies. She was very patient showing me a lot of houses, and constantly reminded me that the right house would come along. Buying a house is a difficult process and she made it go as smoothly as it could. She was on top of things and showed me the house (drive by) I finally bought before it was listed. I always felt that she looked out for my best interests.
