•We cannot recommend Jane Cummings highly enough. When we moved to Baltimore from out of state on a short timeline, Jane and her partner, Mark Angelozzi, coordinated a whirlwind weekend of touring houses across the city. Despite falling on the lower price end of Jane's portfolio, throughout the entire process, she went above and beyond in accommodating our needs and making us feel welcome in our new city. In addition to helping us find our dream home, Jane and Mark served as our negotiating advocates and provided recommendations for contractors and services even after our move. While I don't want to ever leave my new home, if we ultimately have to, we'd certainly turn to Jane again!
Jane has unparalleled knowledge of the Baltimore area and is someone you're glad to have on your side. You can trust her opinions and advice. She worked very hard to help my wife and I find the perfect home for us - we never felt like she was merely trying to sell us a home. She was always responsive and helped my wife and I negotiate a tight deadline and an unusual bargaining experience, all while we lived in a different state. I cannot recommend Jane more highly.
