•We met Jennifer a few years ago through mutual friends and we developed a great relationship. When it came time to relocate to Texas from Baltimore, we knew immediately that we would call Jennifer to help us sell our home. We spoke with her about our plans, our goals, and what we needed to accomplish with the sale of our house. She was very responsive and understanding. Jennifer helped us to negotiate the sale of our house in a very short amount of time (about 2 months). When it came time to get aggressive with our price and our negotiations, she was the best. Although some things were difficult to hear (like making an expensive repair), Jennifer's advice helped us to navigate the deal so that it would not fall through. She reminded us of our goals and ultimately helped us to make a profit on the sale of our house. Jennifer was very good at communicating with us throughout the process. She was available to answer questions and explain the complicated elements to us. She was understanding of the emotional pieces too (selling your first home, and moving across the country!) I appreciated all of Jennifer's help, her professionalism, her attention to detail, and her ability to negotiate our deal. We have recommended her to friends and would do so again.
