Professional guidance and handling of the sale

John assisted in all aspects of my sale from beginning to end. He helped me in preparing the property for listing, lining up vendors who could take care of the necessary work and helping them access the property. I was traveling for some of the time the property was on the market, and John handled everything for me remotely. The marketing was appealing and professional. John had a great understanding of the neighborhood and the types of buyers for whom the property would appeal. He was great at following up on leads. It was a challenging time of year to sell, but John pursued all potential opportunities. In the end, he worked creatively with me and a prospective buyer to come up with a deal that worked for us both. Throughout the escrow, he communicated very well with me and the buyer to help the transaction go smoothly. Anything that came up, he handled with a can-do attitude, including assistance in helping me move out and transition to the new property.
