Anne did a great job working with me when I bought, then sold my house in Sugar Tree. She is patient, and professional in every way. I would recommend her for anyone wanting the best real estate agent in the area. My specific area I used her in was the Ponderosa Neighborhood on the Tennessee River. I cannot say enough about her or Chesley Baker. I feel it is extremely important to use a local agent for this market.
