I reached out to Anne about a property she had listed
I reached out to Anne about a property she had listed. Anne was very friendly and had great attitude. I ask Anne about details on the property and was very informative about the development and the area. I ended up making a offer on the property and after some negotiations we settled on the price and close on the property. I was pleased the way the sale went and the closing. I have purchased two more properties from Anne. If I am in the market to buy or sale in the area I will definitely use Anne again.

My husband and I, have been very satisfied with Anne Spence McGee and her team at Crye-Leike Tapestry Realty .WE had tried to sell our river lot with mobile home on it for about a year with lots of inquiries,but never sold .WE decided to get a realtor and feel sure GOD guided us to ANNE SPENCE MCGEE and her team .They worked so hard ,spent long hours ,showed the place to several clients,before finding our buyer,and then spending a lot of time working to get the deal made.She definitely earned her money and we would recommend her and her team to anyone,Very friendly and helpful.great folks.

Anne did a great job working with me when I bought, then sold my house in Sugar Tree. She is patient, and professional in every way. I would recommend her for anyone wanting the best real estate agent in the area. My specific area I used her in was the Ponderosa Neighborhood on the Tennessee River. I cannot say enough about her or Chesley Baker. I feel it is extremely important to use a local agent for this market.
