Diana and Chris are amazing to work with! From beginning to end, it was very clear they are truly dedicated to their clients. We reached out to them after having issue after issue when trying to go see houses. They met with us the very same day and our search was off! Diana is incredibly sharp and truly a go getter. Chris was able to answer any questions we had about the house (like functionality) and also took the time to point out the different kinds of plants/critter signs he found on each property. You can tell they have your back and truly have your best interests at heart, which can be rare to find nowadays. We have absolutely no regrets in choosing Diana and Chris as our agents and would 100% recommend. Can’t wait to work with them again in the distant future!

Once I found the home to buy Chris and Diana went into high gear. A very thorough review of the property was done. The latest technology was even used, a large drone hovered over the home to inspect the roof surface and the chimney area. Very cool. The inside walk through and inspection was well done. Everything, I mean everything checked out by Chris. Communication between these agents and myself was impressive. This was my first home buy, so quite nervous going in. But I was made to feel well taken care of. Highlight of this was them going to bat for me on an unnecessary charge amounting to an extra $2K. They did great!

It’s our honor to write this unsolicited endorsement.. Diana & Chris are the hardest working and most ethical and patient agents we’ve ever dealt with in searching for a home! They were on every possible lead that they could find in conjunction with our recommendations. They listened carefully to our needs and desires. The communication between us was phenomenal and sometimes went in to the late night hours searching for the perfect home and neighborhood.. We must have looked at 20 plus homes. Being out of state clients made things much more challenging, but they worked miracles to find us what we wanted. They served us like we were the most important people in the world!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience with Diana and Chris. They went way beyond the norm to make sure my family found the perfect house we could grow in. I would recommend them for any real estate needs. They were knowledgeable about the areas, schools, shopping and services, and much much more. They also use more modern techniques than most to help provide very detailed reports and drone footage of the properties. This was much more helpful than a simple listing report.
