Dawn knows the market incredibly well and was up for looking at as many properties as we needed until we found the right one. I had been toying with the idea of selling my house for a few months but didn't think I would actually do it. Then, I met Dawn. Dawn was actually showing my friend a home and I was tagging along. When we got to the house, she immediately started pointing out things that were not good about the house and I knew right then, "This lady isn't just trying to sell a house and make money, she cares" On that day, a partnership was made. I knew Dawn was someone I could trust to walk me through the buying and selling process. In September 2024, I listed my house, and by November 2024, we were closing. I didn't find my dream home until December and she worked tirelessly behind the scenes for me to close before the New Year. Now, here I sit in the most perfect home with the most perfect HOA. HA! It's all thanks to Dawn. I truly, truly, truly mean that. Thank you, Dawn.

Dawn helped my mother sell my grandmother’s house after she passed away. I witnessed Dawn’s professionalism first-hand during this process and when I was ready to buy a house, choosing Dawn was a no-brainer. She exceeded every expectation that I had set based on my mother’s experience. Her market knowledge was unmatched, her communication was excellent, and her professionalism was very impressive. As a first-time homebuyer, the process certainly felt daunting from the start, but Dawn guided me through the process and always made sure that I was satisfied. As I write this review on my closing day, I not only feel that I have purchased a house. I also feel that I have made a friend.

We were relocating from 3 states away for work. Moving is stressful anyways without it being for new jobs and states away! But Dawn was fantastic! She worked around our schedule, put up with our pickiness, and was so fun to do this with. Once we decided, she advocated hard for us and ultimately got exactly what we asked for! I would recommend 10x over! She’s amazing!
