•Sergio was our real estate agent recently during a sellers market. Houses were flying off the market in 2 sometimes 1 day. We didn’t live on the side of town where we were planning on buying. Sergio went to several houses for us and filmed the walkthrough, on days when my spouse and I were working and couldn’t make it out there. He also gave us honest opinions on the quality of the house and what he would offer. He even told us several weren’t even worth our time. We finally found our dream home and Sergio had the paperwork drafted in minutes. He gave solid advice based on our reaction to this house vs others to make sure our offer was the best without going crazy. They accepted our offer and were couldn’t be happier, but Sergio was still there ever step of the way. I consider Sergio a good friend and would highly recommend him as your real estate agent.
