•I am extremely satisfied with Carla's services. I told her what was important to me in a home for my family and she found my family a home that surpassed my expectations and was within my price range. She returns calls very quickly and is proactive with taking action on the next steps in the buying process. She was very helpful in recommending contacts for other services related to my home such as insurance, pest control/inspection, mortgage financing. She even took the initiative to get me quotes and contact those other service providers directly to ensure the closing was smooth and timely. She is realistic yet aggressive with what to ask of the seller. She has the knowledge to know what's too much and what's too little. She is a top rate negotiator. I would recommend Carla to anyone who is buying or selling a home especially in the Westbank area.
