Hard work paid off.

My home was not the easiest type of home to sell. It was an older home and Kerri put me in contact with great people to fix what was needed in order to get the home ready to go on the market. We also had a great photographer who really showed off the homes character and had a great ariel pic. After some negotiations Kerri was able to get a price that I was happy with. The closing was stress free. I would highly recommend Kerri as she is easy to work with and is a seasoned agent who made sure there were no issues to complete the transaction. Thank you Kerri!!!
