•Mike, Trent and Bryce were terrific to work with and consistently exceeded my expectations. They are a local family and truly know/understand the San Diego North Coast market (esp Del Mar and the Beach Colony), the neighborhoods and the schools. As an out-of-state seller, they were extremely helpful in organizing cleanup and repairs and staged the house perfectly. Their marketing plan and use of social media were spot on. The sale price they secured was considerably higher than I anticipated. The team (including office staff) were organized, responsive and professional. They all collaborated to ensure the process was as easy and painless as possible and I would recommend them without hesitation.
