•We first met Ellen when we relocated from Georgia and needed a rental home until we found our forever home 6 YEARS ago. Boy, let me tell you! This was extremely challenging and recent times with disastrous weather, a national pandemic, and rising home and interest rates. We were starting to lose hope but thankfully, we had HER! Ellen is not only a talented and resourceful realtor - she is a beautiful person inside and out. She never gave up on us and never made us feel like we were a burden to her when we had no luck on the home search journey. Ellen was a pleasure to work with and most importantly so patient as it took us years to find what worked for our family. Most people would have given up on clients a long time ago, but she, kept in touch and made it easy for us to decide who we wanted to work with for this purchase when the time was right. She cared about our needs, recommended perfect locations, houses options, and fought for us throughout the new home building and closing process that was a NIGHTMARE. She kept me sane and jumped in when I was overwhelmed with the final closing schedule. If that wasn’t commendable enough, she became our very own personal Santa on closing day. Ellen made our TX home dreams a reality and we are forever grateful! I would recommend her to every person I know. I will also let her help me with all of my purchases and home sales forever.
