Jill was wonderful to work with! She helped us close on our first home; walking my boyfriend and I throughout the whole process. We were very unsure of who we needed to talk to for things like home inspections and insurance, but she helped us find good agents at reasonable prices and then gave us wonderful insight on what all the documents meant. It was so nice to have someone around that was on our side through everything, really trying to make sure that we got a good deal and that we were always informed about what was going on. I really appreciated how much time she spent making sure that she answered our many calls, emails, and requests quickly even though I know how busy she was. Jullianne truly was amazing. Even some last minute finds on our end, she went out of her way to get us in to see them. Julianne was extremely informative on the market, what was priced right and wasn't, she was a step ahead of us the whole time. Which is exactly what you want from your agent. The home we have now...well she got us in immediately. It had been sitting for a few weeks with no action. We got in first thing that day, she told me someone else was coming to see it also. We had 2 hours to bust out looking at 7 homes that day. Needless to say after all that, we went with the 1st one, my husband sight unseen as well. We had an offer in that evening and an excepted offer within 2 days. That was over the weekend too. Jullianne hustled the whole time for us. We had actually been working with another agent for a few months, wanted to close on a house before Christmas, and got fed up with the service. We are happy that we had Jullianne then as our agent. She provided us with suggestions on what would help sell our home faster and she had a lot of connections that made prepping our home easy and quick. Her photographer did an amazing job at presenting our home. We had many offers right out of the gate and eventually sold our home for much more than asking price!! She had open communication the entire time and explained all our offers to us and handled all the paperwork so it wasn't so overwhelming.
