Chris is an amazing guy! I was worried we would never find a house since we had been looking for so long. We ended up finding a place that had everything we wanted. I almost don't know what to do now that we aren't looking for a house anymore. Chris really had our back with any house we checked out, and we looked at a lot of them. His prior inspection experience and market knowledge really made a big difference when we were looking at properties. He pointed out a lot of things I hadn't even considered that made us rethink many places we were interested in and I'm glad he did! He always kept us up to date with any property info and really made the whole escrow a breeze, despite the short timeline. With frequently very little notice, Chris would set a day's worth of walkthroughs for us without batting an eye - and join us for each to provide his unique input. As a former home inspector, he lends an extra helpful perspective when going through a home, looking out for any signs of trouble, and pointing out potential impacts. Invaluable! Through a relatively event-packed escrow, Chris was always on top of our requests for information and action, and we never ever found ourselves confused or waiting to hear status.
