Kris is a local knowledgemaster of the area, but also of the construction of many of the homes as either a builder or contractor of a build. Kris is able to help the buyer/seller understand the value of the property in question as well as what the structure is capable of. Kris also has many contacts within the contractor community, which he can use for those properties that might also require a bit of sprucing up.
