Working with Faye was an extremely enjoyable process. Her knowledge of the state is exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable about things that you may or may not see in a property. When it came to the sale of my house she made sure I clearly understood how it could be priced out. She made sure to include all the new updates to the property. When it came time to go over offers she explained each one in detail for you to make your choice. While searching for a new house, her main concern is your wants and needs and not just making commission. She listens very attentively and tries to find what you are looking for. The matrix site she uses updates everyday around the same time with new properties. This is the second time I have worked with Faye and I do recommend her to everyone I know who's looking to buy and/or sell. She will always be my go to realtor with all future real estate endeavors.
