Colleen was completely available for whatever needed doing from start to finish including during a difficult time of serious illness within her family. My focus changed somewhat from the time we began looking at properties and she made the adjustment. When a glitch threatened what appeared to be a done deal, Colleen made sure she understood the issue, made it understandable to me and along with the attorney who represented me saw to it that everything was accomplished with nothing more than a delay of two weeks. I am very comfortable recommending Colleen to friends/family and would very likely contact her again three/four years hence when I expect next to be in the market.
