When I got to Florida she had houses lined up for me and I found my dream house within 3 days!! She took care of everything for me and I closed without a hitch!! I would recommend her to anyone, which for me says a lot. I expect more out of people than most. If I had one negative, it would be that she didn’t help me pitch “House Hunters: My Quarantine Home Search” to HGTV. I still think we had a perfect show. But seriously, she’s awesome!!

Josie was pivotal in purchasing our new construction build home. Josie was apart of our meeting with the builder, offering explanation, clarification and asking questions in all aspects of the buying experience. Josie walked our home when we couldn’t during the week and would tell us what she saw within her visits. Josie’s knowledge and experience helped us use an outside inspector to ensure all parts of our new home were up to code. Josie was apart of our final walk through with the builder and was a welcomed extra set of eyes to ensure our home was ready to close. Josie has been our realtor both on the seller's side and on the buyer's side. She has always been friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable in the real estate market. Josie helped us sell our very first home several years ago. She gave us pointers on things we could do to help our home stand out more and be more appealing to a buyer. We took her advice and our home sold within the first 30 days on the market. That was impressive because it was 2007 and houses weren't selling quickly at that time. Upon returning to Florida after living out of state for about 10 years we decided to buy another home. We had such a great experience working with Josie that we decided to work with her once again and find our new home. Josie listened to all that was important for us to find in our new home and took the time to show us homes that met those things. She was always available to meet with us, took the time to answer any questions we had, and was very patient, as sometimes finding the perfect home can take some time. Josie always demonstrated great integrity and worked hard for us throughout both closing processes. We highly recommend Josie. She is simply amazing!

My feedback will not be adequate enough to tell you how great I think Josie is. Josie is not a typical realtor. She is above the grade in every way. Looking for a house to buy is very emotional, time consuming, difficult, and yes! fun too! Josie alleviated a lot of unnecessary stress by her professionalism through out the process. What can I say? I can rave for hours and it still wouldn't be enough to adequately describe how wonderful Josie is. I could give you a list a mile long and it wouldn't be enough. She is thorough, kind, and thoughtful. She is very family oriented so when it came to our needs as a family (school district, neighborhood etc) she was able to find us exactly what we needed. She is very knowledgeable and was able to ask all the right questions to get the answers we needed even if we didn't know what to ask. She helped us through our first buying experience and made the process feel easier with all her extensive knowledge. Not a single thing was left out. She didn't just follow up on us as clients, but as friends. She sincerely cared for us and was excited for us. She's very personable and friendly, truly a pleasure to work with and spent time with. A long story short, she had found a home for us, but there were a few things missing. 3 days before confirming our purchase and putting a down payment, I had asked her to find a home in a different location and, despite the extremely short notice, she was able to find the EXACT home we were looking for that fulfilled EVERYTHING we needed and wanted.
