Above and beyond

I am in the real estate field so I came into our home buying process with a certain baseline knowledge to navigate our transaction. This was our first "sight unseen" purchase. Being a military family, we wanted to ensure we have a place when we do PCS. What I really appreciate about Brian and his team is that they stepped up to be my feet on the ground and eyes on the home for a long distance buyer like me. They toured every home I was interested in and sent me video walk-throughs of the home as well as drive-throughs of the neighborhood on each one. While navigating our purchase wasn't without some routine and expected hiccups, we were able to close on time largely due to Brian's diligence in communication and timeline monitoring. Even post-closing, Brian is still helping to ensure the security and readiness of our El Paso home. I trust that it is in good hands until we get boots on the ground.
