•Dave was an amazing agent. He was always there to walk me through each step in the process and give me as many updates as he could through it all. There were some set backs in the process but he always had a positive approach towards the solution. He never got annoyed with how much I was asking for updates. Honestly he even took less from the sale just so I could close on the house! Dave is amazing and if you want someone who is very knowledgeable and kind and will do anything he can to get you to closing Dave is the agent for you for sure! He knew everything about the market to what we should offer to what repairs to ask for. Overall if I was to sell or buy another home I would definitely be reaching out to Dave. I have already given his information out to my friends and family and will continue to do so that's just how amazing he really is. Dave thank you for everything you were amazing!
