Cathy goes beyond what is expected to help her clients sell their home.

Cathy (with the occasional help from Alex) was excellent in helping us prepare the house for sale. She arranged for the clearing of everything we couldn't personally remove from the house, including a large amount of bookcases (donated to local Ft. Myers schools at my request), boxes of books (also donated to teachers and local organizations), and a garage full of a variety of items we asked her to donate or discard. She also arranged for the cleaning of the rug and the donation or removal of beds and other furniture we left inside the home.
