Alex was very helpful from start to finish! I would recommend Alex 1,000 times over! He helped me find my current home, through his great negotiating skills and real estate knowledge. He always seemed to ask me the right questions to avoid wasting time. He also is currently helping my best friend and family to find their future home. During my home search, he was able to work around my schedule to book viewings. Alex also was knowledgeable about estimating renovations cost that would be needed for the look I wanted for my home. We were introduced to Lauren through a mortgage officer that we were considering using. She was immediately helpful from the start and took the time to get a solid understanding of our desired new home and what we would need to do to sell our existing home. We ended up not working with the initial mortgage officer and Lauren helped us find a new person to help us with financing. The new person was excellent and as a team, he and Lauren made the buying process smooth, transparent, and surprisingly enjoyable. Lauren was a perfect fit for us right from the start. She was prompt with returning emails and on site. Once we were on site she opened the doors and left us alone to wander. At the same time she was always right there to answer a question should one pop into our heads. Our process was a lengthy one as we were looking for 'right' place and Lauren never faltered, as we looked at more and more places she started to really get a sense of what we liked/didn't like and saved us some time by (accurately) guessing whether we would like a place or not. Once we picked one out, her services didn't stop, she helped us through the lease process and made sure that everything was on the up and up. Lauren Hamm and by extension Dream Real Estate have won all my future business and I recommend them to all my friends.
