Stuck with an abnormally long process

I'm a Real Estate agent in Texas, and it was great to see Allie's knowledge of the process in NM and how that differed from TX, so that she could easily navigate us through items we weren't familiar with. She was always ready with good advice, but also willing to work with our needs or requests as Sellers to make it work and good for everyone in the end. It was an abnormally long process for a couple of reasons, but she stuck through it and got us Sold in the end, making sure we knew the "why" and "what next" of everything going on. The majority of the sale was done with us at a distance, but communication was easy. The listing looked great and if there was anything we wanted to add, she was immediately obliging. Overall a great experience with light-hearted but strong communication throughout and comfort in the process. Very pleased and I would highly recommend her.
