Kate is very knowledgeable and works well with people, especially with people like me who had never undertaken the sale of a house. Kate called me often to ask if I needed any questions answered, or if I needed any help. Although I had interviewed several realtors, I liked Kate the best and I didn't go wrong. What can I say except that it has been a dream to work with Karen Andrews. As a seasoned broker with Corcoran in Westhampton Beach, she patiently found us a home that not only catered to our ever changing budget, but understood our individual and family needs. Karen was beyond excellent as our broker in purchasing our home in Quogue. We would highly recommend her to our friends and family. She was diligent in showing us properties that were the right fit and she was extremely efficient and timely. This allowed us to find and close on a property in less than 4 months. She is also very knowledgeable on the area and has tons of experience dealing with local regulations (i.e. Lot coverage, acquiring information from the village office, property walkthroughs etc). She also used a wealth of contacts to help us buy our home. We also really appreciated her helpful guidance in making decisions. It was the perfect balance of giving us her opinion and listing pros/cons without being pushy.
