Buy a home is stressful enough to say the least, however; Joe Cooper was absolutely magnificent. I moved across the country to Florida, without ever personally seeing the home. I was looking in the center of Florida but then found a home I really liked on line. Without hesitation Joe drove an hour and half so I could see property on Face Time. Any questions I had, he would get me the information pertaining to my questions. Joe is very personable, experienced, professional and dedicated to his clients. A year ago my wife and I were looking for our forever home. We had a home and really couldn't afford to buy a home until we sold ours. We contacted several realtors , surprisingly some never returned our call , a couple more were a bit too pushy , couple more wanted to wait until after the holiday seasons . Then me met with Joe Cooper with ReMax realty. He was calm = plus, He had years of experience = plus , He was more like talking with a friend = Done. Joe worked diligently on getting our home sold - he listened to Our wishes. We had a couple contracts that fell through . Joe stayed focused and calm which gave us reassurances. He sold our home we closed smoothly and moved in with my sister in law and started our forever home search with Mr.Cooper's help. After about a month of searching and looking at several homes we found one we both loved. Joe went into overdrive for us. We had a bit of a bidding war but with Mr. Cooper's tenacity at work we won. We have been in our newer home for a year now and could not be happier with our purchase, our realtor , our friend Joe Cooper. We now are in our forever home and have a forever realtor.
