•Where to start??? Robin is superlative in every way - knowledgable about the market, skilled at negotiation, and really, truly knew the aesthetic we were looking for (and we're really picky!). And oh so very, very patient -- Robin answered every question we had, previewed properties for us (we are located out of state), and went above and beyond when we had concerns (example: when we asked "can anything be built behind that house?" Robin pulled plats and investigated zoning so we knew exactly what we were getting into. In addition to all of her professional expertise, Robin is incredibly kind, considerate, responsive and honest - and has an awesome sense of humor, too :-) We are completely confident she always put our interests first. If you are looking for a realtor in WNC, Robin Staples has our unqualified recommendation!
