Buying our first home was an extremely emotional endeavor and we were so grateful to have Debra on our side helping guide the way. Her extensive knowledge and experience are absolutely invaluable to have in your corner when tackling the market. We dealt with a lot of ups and downs during our search but Debi always remained rock solid no matter what the situation was. She knows how to look at a home objectively to tell you what aspects of it are unique and valuable or what might be an issue down the line, but she can also provide a subjective look at what might make a home great for your unique wants and needs. She possesses a talent for being able to see not just what a house is currently but what it could become. There were multiple times during our search that we dealt with agents on the other side of the table who obviously had much less experience. Most were perfectly nice but we encountered a few who were different levels of clueless, arrogant or greedy (sometimes all three). Throughout the entire process I was thankful to have Debi in our corner who was always personable and professional. I don't know where we would have wound up if we had chosen one of these other agents as our own! If we had to do it all again, we would choose Debra as our agent in a heartbeat and you should too.
