•Lisa helped us as first time homebuyers, moving from Boston to Scituate. I met Lisa through the Beacon Hill Women's forum, and immediately felt she would be the perfect realtor for our big life change. She exudes a confidence and energy that you really need when going through what can be a very stressful process. She didn't hesitate to work with us even though we were moving away from the city. One of the things I loved about Lisa was that she made the experience so personal, it wasn't just a business transaction. She played the therapist role as well as the realtor role, when I had moments of fear of moving to the burbs after loving city life for so many years! She really helped us navigate through some tough scenarios, that could have otherwise thwarted our home search. She helped us make the right financial decisions when our emotions were too wrapped in a specific home (when the home inspection went horrifically). If it weren't for Lisa, we would have made a terrible move continuing the purchase of a home that would have been a modern day "money pit." Lisa recommend the lawyer we used, inspectors, etc which helped move the process along much more quickly. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with Lisa. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially to a first time homebuyer. You need Lisa behind you :)
