A True Professional

My wife and I were moving from Florida and looking for a "different" kind of house. (She's a bit particular.) Mark knows this market extremely well, and showed us a number of available houses in several different areas. After a few days we located one that fit our needs very well. That was the easy part. What followed were a lot of complicated logistical issues, as the transaction relied on three different closings and a furniture delivery timeline that didn't mesh well. Mark stayed in close contact with us, the seller here in CT, and the agent and title company selling our house in Florida. He kept us moving along with the offer, inspections and appraisal, and suggested a good closing attorney here in CT. All things considered, and due mainly to Mark's efforts, things went pretty smoothly. We are now trying to get through unpacking our belongings and enjoying our new home. Thanks Mark!!
