I am a young, single individual that was looking to purchase my first home. I wanted to wait on getting preapproved until I got a little into the home search process. I knew I would easily be preapproved and was serious about buying, but being a young individual without preapproval, few realtors showed serious interest in helping me get started in the process. From the first contact, Kevin treated me as a serious buyer. I very much appreciated that initial effort he showed given my demographic.
I was looking to buy sooner than later and Kevin was great at helping me narrow down an area. We stayed on top of the latest listings and regularly saw houses once they were listed. He was flexible and was easy to get a hold of. He was helpful during the process as I certainly did not know what to look for when touring these homes. Being a single individual, I did not have anyone to bounce thoughts off of, but Kevin acted as a good person to discuss any thoughts with.
We eventually zeroed in on a house and started the negotiation process. The selling agent and sellers made the process rather difficult, but Kevin did everything in his power to make sure the deal got done as smoothly as possible. He had a good network of inspectors to help the process along.
