•In an over flooded market with lots of houses in our area for sale, Caitlyn was able to objectively look at what our house had to offer and help us set an asking price that appropriately reflected our house's value compared to others on the market. There had not been a lot of recent sales, so looking at "sold" properties was not as easy to help set a price. Caitlyn was very professional with letting us know how she works her properties and does marketing for them. And she was honest about the number of properties that were on the market and how that might play into the timing for our sale. Her photographer did a fantastic job letting our home shine in the photos, and Caitlyn knew exactly what items we should have displayed and which ones should be put aside. Caitlyn did several really cute videos while at the property with the photographer that were used on her social media. I believe that they were really well received and made the house show a lot of character. Caitlyn was very good at communicating with us what was the status during the showings. We received an offer while out of town and she worked with us to be sure that we could keep things moving so that we could do a timely closing. Her guideance on what to make as counter offers was very knowledgeable and helped us get the price that we wanted. Along with the house, we had a golf cart that the home buyer wanted to buy outside of the closing. Caitlyn helped us facilitate this through the closing agent and all went smoothly with that as well on the closing day. For anyone looking for a realtor to sell or buy, I would certainly recommend you talk with Caitlyn before signing on with someone else. She shoots things straight and works hard to bring you the information that you need to make the best decisions and get the most out of your transaction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
