We couldn't be happier with the Roy Grimm Team! Roy Grimm and Genevie Evirgen were the listing agents for our Sedona home. In my opinion, communication is key when selling a home and they are superior in that regard. We were kept up to date in the process of listing, marketing, showing, feedback and followup. Additionally, these folks are master negotiators! The real estate world was knocked on its heels in 2010 and we are all a bit scarred because of that. The Roy Grimm team is sensitive to any anxieties you may feel and relieves those with their skill and professionalism. Definitely a 5 star experience!
