•My family and I met Kim Jordan at an open house. She was very knowledgeable about the house and arranged to have our additional questions answered by the owners. While our offer on the house did not progress very far, it was clear to us that we had found in Kim a Realtor in whom we could rely. That situation spurred us on to have Kim review our house for marketability. We took her suggestions to heart and in a few months had our house ready for the spring market. We received an offer during the first open house, which we accepted. Kim was also there for us when we found our current home – we placed an offer on it after seeing it one time. She worked with the seller’s Realtor and provided us with a list of attorneys when the closing attorney for our house sale was not able to represent us for the purchase of our new house. Kim managed our stress levels as the back-to-back closings drew near. After meeting Kim about nine months earlier, seeing almost 40 houses with her, (a few of them multiple times), surviving three house contracts, we finally moved into our new home. Thank you, Kim for never giving up on us and for being the professional Realtor in whom we can trust.
