•Gerry Burchard was my buyer’s agent for a property I recently purchased in San Diego downtown. I had a fantastic experience working with him throughout the entire home buying process! Gerry was professional, friendly and went above and beyond what is usually expected from a realtor. He not only gave me a tour of the property but also drove me around town (as I was new to San Diego) and showed me the Gaslamp district, introduced me to a great gym across the street and also took me to his social club! He was also available any time for any questions about the property. The entire buying and moving process was frictionless thanks to Gerry! Ghosh, he even used his own truck to help me buy some furniture and himself helped assemble it too! I would refer Gerry to anyone considering buying or selling real estate, just an awesome guy, professional and honest gentleman!
Gerry was very nice, quick to respond, helpful and professional with a lot of knowledge about our building and neighborhood in the East village. The selling process was quick and he was on top of it at all time. I will certainly work with him again.
