•Sarah has the ability to work in any local, as she knows how to get the information and network eith colleagues to get the right deal for her clients. She is smart, knowledgeable,dilligent, courteous and thorough. I never worried about all of the documentation being correct. She listened when I thought we should not accept an offer, and she continued to work with the the other party to get my wishes across. We walked away only to be pursued by the client. Several offers were made, but alwys chose the best for my requirements. She knows how to collaborate and negotiatie in order to get the best outcome
