•We had an outstanding experience working with Chelsea on the purchase of our new home. She is incredibly knowledgeable, highly responsive, and a consummate professional with a keen eye for detail. Chelsea proactively identified potential pitfalls and provided us with fair and transparent information, enabling us to make informed decisions, avoid issues, and close the deal quickly. Her expertise extended to every aspect of the home-buying process, offering valuable insights and guidance at every step. Chelsea's extensive network of reliable, reasonably priced service providers and vendors made navigating the complexities of home buying and renovating seamless and stress-free. We are delighted to have worked with her and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Chelsea was the total professional. We worked well together, got things done quickly and efficiently. I had total confidence in her throughout the process. Chelsea is rooted in the community. Her connections helped develop a nice buzz about the property. Neighbors and family in the area all knew her and spoke highly of her. Her input was key in setting the asking price, deciding what work needed to be done, making design and style choices for renovations and repairs, which immediately resulted in numerous offers and a quick sale at above the listing price. She had all the tools to market the house and knew how to use them resulting in tremendous interest in the property, well-attended open house events. Traditional marketing was also used, door to door visits, paper flyers, postcards, etc. Chelsea also comfortable using all the latest tech tools for effective marketing. She was able to advise me on a number of questions I had about strategies for preparing the house for sale, technical questions about the sales process and escrow. Chelsea correctly identified the best time to put the house on the market which resulted in maximum number of motivated, interested and qualified buyers. She had contractors and service providers available when the need arose, inspectors, handymen, painters, roofers, stagers, cleaners, etc. We were able to get the house ready to sell quickly and resolve several major issues that came up, needed repairs, etc. Available 7/24, weekends and holidays, whenever things had to get done. Clear communication at all times. Went above and beyond with her time and skills. I really felt she was well-informed and looking out for me as each decision was being made. Provided professional photographers to generate outstanding images and 3D tours of the house that attracted a lot of interest. In the end, the sale of a fairly high maintenance property went smoothly from market to closing, selling well over asking price. Thanks Chelsea!
